Another Chrysler

Picked up a 1974 Mutineer. It is in good shape as it spent the last 15 years in a barn. Anyone have any luck with a hank on jib? The jib that came with the boat has a cople of bad spots. I have a spare one from my LS that is the same size.

Trading the C-22

Well my C-22 was a little too big for the lake where I sail it and so I had it up for sale or trade. I will be trading the boat for a a C-16 Lone star. The new boat and trailer are in perfect condition so I will not have the 22 but still will stay in the Chrysler family. Looks like this boat was not...

It has started I am sick of snow and have resorted to looking at sailboat ads on Craigslist. I need to stop but I did find a Chrysler Mutineer up by Toldeo. I need another project like a need a hole in the head.

trailer help

Does anyone have dimensions of the winch on the c22 boat trailer? Mine rusted and I took it off and gave it to a guy for repair. I can not locate the guy and I need to have someone make a replacement. I took mine off at the two U-bolts that bolt it to the trailer so I think all I really need is the ...

New Boat

Hello my name is Brian and I have a sailboat problem. Well I went ahead and bought another boat not a Chrysler but a Thistle. Needs quite a bit of work and the price was great. I also decided that I needed to kill off a few more brain cells with spar varnish, fiberglass and of course bourbon. Any of...

I got so bored that I started to build a boat in the garage. It is not much of boat it is called a one sheet skiff and like the name implies it is made from a single sheet of 1/4 ply. I even ripped down some 2 by 4's glued up the blades and am making a set of oars. I planned the blades down to about...

on my c-22 we use a camping style cassette toilet. Stores up front under bunk on port side. These are nice because the holding tank comes off and is self contained. I believe we got this at walmart for less than 100 bucks.

Is that a recent photo? The reason I ask is because the ground looks green instead of white. Is that normal? I am soooo sick of snow.

It is just not the big lakes. I had problems getting my boat out this fall because the lake level was so low. I want the lake levels to be up but just don't want the precip. in the form that I have to shovel it.

Name the boat whatever you want. I would suggest something that will not embarrass you or your family. Just make sure you place a gold coin under the mast when you step her. Or at least duct tape your gold amex card under there lol.

Got back into sailing a few years ago and we now live in a little town called Trenton Ohio. I keep my C-22 Sail-la-vie at the local state park Heuston Woods. The lake is not...

My boat is docked on a small lake and I have a great time. It is great to get out for an hour or two granted it is not the Ocean but spending time on the water beats sitting in the driveway any day of the week.
