Hey there,

I am beginning to finally rehab my C22 and I imagine a new keel bracket will be needed. Are you still making these or have a few laying around?

Welcome fellow Texan! A rubrail is what you're after I think. I bought one recently from www.wefcorubber.com for my Victoria 18 so they may have one for your Chrysler. The guy I talked to on the phone wasn't the friendliest in the world, but their price was pretty good.

For the cheap route, a post hole digger handle from Lowes/Home Depot would also work.

I'm in the process of constructing a gravel driveway to store mine. It can only be described as manual labor but if you want to help shovel a bunch of rocks...

Good he's gonna be alright. After a few close calls in Dallas traffic, I reluctantly sold my big Suzuki V-Strom and will have to wait till retirement I guess to renew that pastime.

I like "The Complete Sailor" by David Seidman. For general repair I just bought "This Old Boat" by Don Casey. The Patrick O'Brian novels for great historical fiction. There was also one that had a British colonel (Commander Bragg?) who would tell some outrageously unlikely story wherupon the listener would respond with some awful pun. Always ended with Bragg saying "Quite!"

My great grandmother was named Rose. I knew a girl in the Air Force years back named Rose.

What a classic name!! Just love it! Congrats on the baby! My first Grand-baby is due this Dec. Mark is his name! Coulda pushed me over with a feather when they told me that!!!

Very cool and nicely documented. That sure looks like a Ghia in the pic. I had a 73 model in high school which was a total death trap but sure was fun to drive.

You might also try putting her on sailingtexas.com, sailboatlistings.com, or ebay. Having said that, I could use some sails, a tiller handle, and a lifeline stanchion.

"George" used to make me jump with suprise too for several months till I finally got used to him. Luckily I also have a tolerant wife. You notice they made the cannons 10 gauge so yahoos such as myself couldn't just slap a regular 12 gauge shell in and try and blast away.

Here is a little something my son made in shop back in the day and I got it for free! Hold on just a minute... books tuition and countless other odds and ends... &*^%$. This cannon truly cost a pretty penny. :evil: (LOL)
