I now want to do something different with the berth under the helm and was wondering if anyone is interested in purchasing them. I paid alomost 500.00 to get them done. I...

Hey CPT Bondo, Check out the marina at Port Wing, WI. I'm one of only two sailboats there. It's about 40 min east of Duluth. It's kinda rustic but they have electricity and a bath house. 15 miles further down the road in cornacopia they have a bigger sailboat population and a full service marina at ...

I,m plagued by the leak issue as well. I bought my boat this past summer and put it in a slip on the south shore of lake superior. A month later I pumped 15 gallons of water out. After pulling the boat out, re-sealing the windows and storing her on land for a while I came back to find another 15 gal...

You might find a C22 boat and trailer for what you would pay to buy a trailer alone or make one. I've seen some C22's practically given. away. That way you would have a extra boat to share parts with all your friends here on the forum. LOL

I have the same card but this is for a C22. Does the same apply to a C26? What about bridle placement on the C-26. Oh WOW, what a memory. I had 15 in TA's on my 68 mustang (in 1980), they were the stardard of the day. I was always told the TA stood for Tuscaloosa, Alabama, my home town which is were they were made. Don't know if there's any truth to that.

Now all of a sudden I'm thirsty. Heading to Alabama in a few days and have to pick up a few cases of Leinnies to give to the folks down south. The boat is at Port Wing right now (south shore lake superior). May move it to lake pepin next summer and am fantasizing about sailing it down the mississippi.
