New C20 owner needs help
Just purchased a C-20 and have been lightly restoring it. It is currently on a trailer in my driveway and i noticed that I couldn't lower the swing keel by turning the winch handle counter clock-wise. Is there a lock somewhere that i should be aware of or is it possible for this massive thing to get...
