Looking to sell my C22. Columbus, OH

It’s been sitting for a couple of years due to buying a C-26. Needs some fiberglass work around the rudder post, a few cabin top leaks from old hardware and some general clean up. Sails in decent shape, standing rigging good, running rigging fair. Newer mast wiring with anchor light, steaming/deck l...

You can use this simple image resizer to do your job http://resizemyimg.com
I just tried using this and it keeps saying the image resolution is too large when I drag and drop a pic into the designated area.

Re: What bodies of water do you sail?

Only a smaller lake in Central Ohio. I do race her every week all summer long. Hope to drag her to Erie next season for a week or so. Wish this forum didn’t have such a small limit on the picture file size or else I’d post one.

One of my biggest hobbies is riding and racing my mountain bike. I also enjoy tinkering with cars, driving off-road, camping, hiking, running, rock climbing, kayaking, and dirt bike riding. I have a lot of hobbies!

Bummer that you never sold it. I've always enjoyed all the info you're provided over the years. I still plan to put some of it to use on my C22, despite the fact that I just bought a C26. So you say you're no long going to be a C22 owner....does this mean you've bought or are buying another sailboat?

Fortunately research has shown that multivitimans are pretty much a complete waste of money.

Otherwise some great cruising tips, especially the pre-cooling of the cooler with frozen water jugs.

I actually have access to both at the moment, I just need to get them side by side at some point. I appreciate the offer. I just thought I could get the info without getting off my butt, haha. I still wouldn't mind checking out your boat sometime though.

C-22 vs C-26 mast extrusions

Can anyone confirm or deny that they share the same extrusion just different lengths?

Thanks,

I'd be interested in the galley, but you're a 10hr drive from me and shipping would be a bear. Any chance you're driving significantly east any time soon?

Since we're on the topic of heads, I have a few questions.

Did the C-22's ever come with a marine head? If so, where exactly were they placed? Anyone have photos? What about the holding tank and the pump out?

I'd likely be insterested in the tiller but more specifically the tiller to rudder post interface. Mine seems a little wonky and I'm not sure whats up with it. This is for a c-22 right?

I just redid the wiring inside my mast. Go ahead and spend the money on good tinned wire. It will stand up to corrosion much better over time. While this isn't a photo of my Chrysler mast it's when I did the wiring in a Siren I owned and the zip tie method mentioned above. I did this about every foo...

That's pretty much where I ended up mounting mine. I do at some point need to replace that wooden bulkhead. Mine is getting rotten at the bottom. I made a little bracket out of some scrap aluminum to mount my bilge pump and float switch. http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k33/kleinbiker1/Chrysler%202...
