The "Blisters" are not raised, just a wet white puss emitting through the bottom paint. Like a zit.
Closer look at the oozing brown stuff.

What would you do??
I was thinking of splashing my boat this weekend but after further examination, I see some items that need attention (or not). WHAT WOULD YOU DO? Are these actually blisters? Looks like boat acne:) https://goo.gl/photos/2Bytj5TyVW3PWZVN8 And of course the much discussed Mast Step problem with radiat...

EE, That would have been the the obvious solution, I instead created a makeshift spreader with a notched 2" X 4" and wedged it between the mast and the center shroud which restored the lost tension. Thinking I'll just pull the boat and use the mast crane to inspect and repair with the mast down. ERR...

C26 spreader post specs. snapped off a spreader today.
It appears that the spreaders are pinned to a post that goes through the mast. Need to fab a new one and need the specs. Any suggestions on doing this without dropping the mast would be helpful. Thinking a tall ladder would not be stable after loosening the shrouds. https://lh5.googleusercontent.com...

So the ring with the three set screws should slide off the rudder post and drop my rudder? Seems to be quite stuck. Might need a bigger hammer.
or am I missing something?

Thinking that I will go with the single hole at this point. Not sure of the condition of the bushing as I have not taken off the assembly yet and fear that I might not be able to cut out a hole that's not precise enough/sloppy. I am wondering about how the single hole method should be installed. Wha...

Anyone care to comment on cable lenght needed for a C26, connected to the OEM controls. Just bought a new Tohotsu and need to get the cables ordered. buying a new outboard, any recommendation?
Looking to get a "NEW" motor. Any recommendation for my C26? Currently have a Sailor 250 without spark and a Force 5 that won't start without a hit of ether. Would like to get a motor that will rest on the OE mount but I read that 4 strokes will not fit/tilt. I know I know "fix the Chrysler" will be...
