Jays, the handles for lowering your bilge keels should have a rubber gasket ,if you will, these are adjustable I think by tightening the two screws that hold the handle on. And a tightening of the two nuts under the screw heads should scinch them down tight. As long as you can still swing the bilge ...

I just removed the keel handle on my LS16. Two screws were all that held it on. Pulled the handle inboard and it came out and the bilge keel dropped onto the trailer. Now I have begun my problem: the bilge keels are quite sloppy, as in hanging down and loose. First task her is to lift the boat enoug...
