Re: What bodies of water do you sail?

I am still a newb as I just purchased my first sailboat this past summer. And I happen to live in Michigan. Re: What size anchor?

I love doing wood working. I spend alot of time in the garage just tinkering on different projects. I also thourougly enjoy being in the woods. I enjoy some target shooting from time to time. I also have spent healthy parts of the last three summers on the water in my 1988 Smokercraft Speedboat. In ...

Re: I did it! I bought a boat today.

So, if I am understanding you guys correctly these small outboards should not be stored lying flat on the ground with the tiller up? This motor is an Evinrude and it just seems like the natural way to let it sit. But I ran this engine in the driveway today while propped in a plastic barrel full of w...

I did it! I bought a boat today.

After some searching.....I pulled the trigger on a 1978 Chrysler C-22 and a tandem axle trailer. Feelin pretty good, as this is a "ready to go" boat and I only gave $2600! It has all the normal small fix em up spots.....but I think she is a solid boat. I cant go pick it up till Saturday. B...
