Hi !
I had an O'Day Mariner and sailed a lot in Grand Traverse Bay(West Bay). I hadn't sailed since I was a child, with Roy Bacon, and was terrified of capsizing. I think it was part of a drill of seeing the handling of a boat.

In the mid seventies, my mother worked for Roy Bacon at Chrysler Marine and it looks like Labor Day of 1975 my parents, along with Roy and a few others sailed the Trent Severn waterway. I am in Traverse City, Michigan, but will probably move downstate,and so sail on the river or Lake St. Claire or whatever is available. :)
