As so many before me, I need to consider buying a new motor for my 22FK, and wonder about the length of the shaft.
I did dig in the old posts, but could not find a satisfying answer.
Apparently most use a 25" shaft, but everything also depends on the motor mount.

I am new here and new to Chrysler boats.
We recently bought a 22 with fin keel.
In the past, I have done some dinghy sailing, on a Mirror.
We live in New Brunswick, Canada and will be sailing on the St. John River (the "Rhine of North America") and the Bay of Fundy.
