Re: Mast step measurement

I guess I was not using the correct terms. On top of the step is a cast plate with a hook on it. I was looking for measurement of the plate/hook.When I was lowering last year a cable hook broke and it came down hard and snap the hook part off and into the water.

Chrysler 22 rudder for sale.

This came with the boat when I got it and I have been saving it for years as a spare. The rudder part is original chrysler but the stainless steel is home made, not by me. It looks as if they have it ruffed in but rudder will need to be mounted onto the stainless frame. It appears to be off of anoth...

For sale galley and stove out of my Chrysler 22

The subject pretty much covers it. These were out of my boat and I never used them. Thought I get rid of them to somebody who would. They are original equipment but keep in mind that these are 30 plus years old. The galley was set up to slide on a track which is not included, that stays with the boa...

I sail a lot by myself and found the addition of a roller furling to make life a lot easier. Going up front and change sails when the wind picks is something that I do not miss.

I have an observation on this subject. Rigging, I notice there seems to be a variety of hardware from one c22 to another. I think with the age of these boats owners may repair, or retrofit hardware. Therefore, you may have a hard time finding a list of the specific lines for these boats. Double-chec...

Here are a series of photos showning it rolling out and in. Keep in mind that rolling out looks a lot like rolling in. The big different is the Ryan, in the red shirt, is pulling on the sheet to roll out and Ray, in the white shirt is pulling on the red line leading to the roller furling unit. PS. t...

It does not really change the mask raising process. However it does add another dimension to check before hoisting it up in the air. Make sure you have the messenger line hooked up. Also after spending $375 on the roller-furling unit you are more protective of PVC tape, it kinda flops around as you ...

I have a similar setup on my boat. Mine is set like your companion way port side layout. My lines starting, hatch side first, jib, spinnaker, and spinnaker pole downhaul. I have a couple of questions about your setup. Why two sets both port and starboard side? In the companion way starboard picture ...
