Hmmmm, my 20 came with a six plug multi outlet with a 15' yellow outdoor cord. Of course the only 'shorepower' I've hooked up with to date has been on my garage wall. Runs the fan and light just fine OK, gotta go back to work and stop being a smarta.. Sorry, couldn't help it.

Another thought. Check the pulleys themselves and also make sure they're still mounted solidly. Especially look at the one nearest to the winch.
