Opinions on suitability of this motor?

Found this motor on CL. Already have a Sailor 250 on hand but not a proven performer as I have not even tried to run it and it's condition is unknown. Thought this would be a good backup to have around and I can use it until I get the Sailor running. http://omaha.craigslist.org/boa/3719398016.html

Seller thinks I need a 5" drop for my hitch, Dodge Ram 1500. Does that make good sense? Currrenty I have a 2" drop.

You guys let me down, bought the boat.

OK, gave her a look over

Here's my concerns after being shown the boat. Interior is very rough, all the side wall material has fallen off, cushions are in good shape but would need to be recovered (dated) Floor has cracks and indeed made a cracking sound at least once when I took a step. Should that be a major concern? Need...
