:D You hit a bullseye! I didn't mention them because I thought it might be out of range of understanding for most... a riminder for me to tell the whole story and not edit it... Yes, almost all refridgerators (no matter how large or small), contain a self contained, (Oil emmerssed) vacuum pump... Mo...

cutting plastics (from a professional)
Thought I'd share a tip on cutting plastics (of any type). Refrain from cutting cold plastics (it's cold where we are (Oregon) and although my studio is heated, my shop isn't... Tons of tools including a large band saw... no matter how many teeth per inch, you stand a good chance of cracking/shatter...

again, thanks for all the input and help... At first i thought marking the boat for straps didn't make any sense... I mean, I can see where they go... But of course, that's when the boat is on the trailer, not in the water! (totally laughing at myself here!) I will mark the toe rail area when we're ...

Question: Strap location for hoisting a C26 out of a trailer
We just purchased our C26 along with a pristine trailer (New brakes, new bearings, new tires, new surge activator, new everything! (Still lots to share about this adventure!) Our trailer is nearly immaculate and I don't want to immerse it in salt water (We're towing down to Los Angeles from Oregon f...

Our C-26 Found us!!!!! =D
Edited 3/11/13: Tresa and I drove home from California yesterday with our new 1979 c-26 in tow. We "adopted her" (she is truly a family member and will be treated as such) from Bob and Betty in Oroville... We could see the bitter sweet looks on their faces that we all come to know on parti...
