I second this request. I have been meaning to add a topping lift too but haven't got around to it. It would be nice to have one while single handing. In never fails, I lock the tiller, run up to the mast to drop the main, then remember I hadn't hooked the boom up to the back stay. Run back, hook it ...

I usually go every other year. I was last there in 2009 so this should be the year to go. But I have a commitment on Saturday morning in St. Paul so I won't make it.

It looks like I'm not going to make it. I have some time free tomorrow, but not enough to pull off the 4hr round trip drive and have any time left on the water.

Let's be sure to start planning next year's rally soon! I don't want to miss it.
