Yup!
I stored Lady Jo in a trailer storage place right by the boat ramp for several years!

I could go down, hook up and launch with the mast and boom already rigged, sails already on just need to take the main sail cover off and the jib bag off!

VERY nice! Hope you find a place!

Welcome to the forum! Yup! Another ex cat boat owner here! We had an 18' solcat for years! Loved that boat! The suggestions cleaning the rudder cheeks are all great and well worth the effort! One thing we did to help was to add little handles on the lines that lower and raise the rudder! When my han...

Welcome to the group! Those rudder cheeks can be rebuilt! I had a set made by a local metal worker near where I live. I removed the entire assembly, took it to him and said make another! Watch the prices though. It seems in the North of Seattle I paid almost double what other folks across the US hav...

OH that is a tough one!

That takes a lot of experimentation and practice to find the sweet spot as to where you can sail off!

I've never sailed the man-o-war so I can't give specific tips however I do recommend you go practice this maneuver so you are better at it when you need it!

I've had several C22's with lots of goop put on the leaking area. This is not a fix but can slow the leaking. Keep in mind though, anything you goop in there will eventually need to come back out! LOL! Well, when I did my keel pin plates I was not laughing. Not even a little when I had to clean that...

All my C22's had it and I assumed it was a softer point between the post and fiberglass!

Been there! LOL! We can have 15' tides here. I floated Lady Jo once into a haulout area where the crane would normally lift boats. It was a minus tide. I had a buddy hold the boat and took the jib halyard with me with a long line attached. Walked up the ramp to where the crane would be, pulled the j...

Tiller tamer is the answer. Very simple device. Also a tiller pilot at much more cost is very cool! I restore Chryslers and picked up the parts for roller furling along with a purchase of the boats I've purchased. Previous owner had it but no idea how to use it so I moved it to my "keeper"...

Yeah, those tracks would certainly relieve the need for snatch blocks on the toe rail. The aft track is most certainly for a genoa and I'd run the sheets outside the shrouds for sure. The forward track looks more like a jib or even a storm jib type setup. Best you can do is experiment with positioni...

I agree with EE 100%.
One more place to look is under the starboard setti.
There is a through hull there also.

When you look at the keel pin area remember to check both sides! There is a big black plug on the starboard side, and look under the forward port setti for the other side.

First and formost. . . . WELCOME to the forum! YES! She is a beautiful boat! As far as the tracks go I suspect they were added to the boat. I've never seen or even heard f a C22 with them. The factory setup would run the sheets OUTSIDE of the shrouds, down to a snatch block clipped to the toe rail w...

Another mounting option: On a C22 I glued a 4" ABS plastic pipe cap to the floor under the aft setti. I notched the top so the transducer wire could slide through, filled it with water on top of the transducer inside the cap, then screwed the lid on! Very easy, effective, and allowed removal of...

OK, running on very little sleep here so I kind of skimmed the questions and I see a lot have been answered! Shorten tiller, can be done at the expense of tiller pressure on the skipper. Starboard listing? look for water logged foam under starboard settee. I counter with battery to port! Jib/Genny? ...
