Happy and safe New Year to all
One year is passing and the next is at the door and for many of us this has happened more times than we care to remember. Even so as our hand reaches for the door let it not be in fright of what the New Year may make of us... but in high expectations of what we will make of it. Terrence Wilmington N...

Don't get me wrong any size Chrysler is a good old boat, but in retrospect it all comes down to human nature. If you have a C22 you look forward to a C26... if you have a C26 your eye is always open for a C27... and so on and so on. However with my age and boating experience I for see myself remaini...

Welcome to the forum there are a lot of good ideas here and I have found that even the most basic questions are welcomed for I've asked them all. Photos are always welcomed, I may live by the sea, but a nice big lake is where I want to sail. Terrence Wilmington N.C. Chrysler 26' 1980 Pandora (for now)

Gus
This maybe old news, but there is a TMI 30' for $10,500 in Little River S.C. and the photos don't look bad.

For a lot of us the reworking of a good old boat is haft the fun, for me I needed and wanted too for I had and have a lot to learn. I do feel however that in the long run I would have saved a good amount of money and time if I had just held out for a boat in better shape. No crying here, I needed to...

Gus If you do go to a 30' sailboat, Chrysler or not... I'll for sure find the time to look you up... hint... hint. (LOL) Even if you do sale your Chrysler, I have the feeling the amount of time you have been on this form you will still be seen as part of the Chrysler family. Terrence Wilmington N.C....

There is never a silver lining to be found in a storm of this nature; while N.C. for the most part got by with minimal damage others further North caught the brunt of it all. Hopefully none of our members count their boats among those lost and may we light a candle for those persons still unaccounte...

Welcome to the forum and good luck with your C22. Come to think of it, it seems to be raining C22s of late... not that it's a bad thing. I know that E.E. is working on a C26 as am I but when was the last time you heard of a new member starting out with a C26? Not a big deal... just curious. Sorry th...

Gus As is well known the C22 is a respectable sailboat, but I can see where the need for more room etc. does come into play from time to time. I know nothing about the CD25, but a good old boat is a good old boat. The C26 I'm tinkering with is my first and I'm sure I paid to much for it in hind sigh...

Sailxnite Welcome to the forum, I do like your C26 mast step diagram, I'm not at the point in my project to work mine just yet but you can see I also have a crack to deal with and what checking I've done up to this point has me believing that the damage is mostly superficial. Removing the screws and...

The worst windows I've see... and they are mine!
Photo # one, just a little something I throw together to give me a little weather protection as I work on the midsection. Photo # two, the starbard window after initial removal... it looks a lot better than it did. The old dark P.G. will be replaced. Photo # three, here you get a first look at the b...
