I have 3/8" rope on mine, makes it easer on the hands when pulling hard.
Once the rudder starts moving it usally moves to the stop easly.

Yes, I noticed that there seemed to be a more solid chunk of steal where the cable attaches, I assumed that the keel may have a back bone of steal and cast iron around it.

I lost the key start fuction during re-wiring :oops:
Now my 280 will only start with the starter button on the motor.
Which is fine since we usally need to lower the motor anyhow or handle the choke when it's cold.

work with corporate brands and traditionally companies will have there logos/brands created fron scratch or use a font and then modify it with in the logo/brand to make it unique, that makes it hard to duplicate it.
I think what you have looks better than the origional!

Got side tracked in to stunt kites, all you need is wind, and they pack up small for travel 8)
