Can anyone tell me how to rig a Dagger single handed?

Welcome aboard, in case you haven't seen them (and are just looking for the factory rigging notes) there are some helpful docs on the main page at

www.chryslersailors.com

Look under documentation, the scroll to the Dagger section; the rigging notes with pics are there.

Hope that helps...

I have not rigged a dagger in decades however even as a young teenager I was able to do it alone!

If it given you heartburn, print the documents EE pointed you to then get a knowledgeable sailor to assist the first couple of times and you will be good to go! If you have long stints of time between sailing days, take lots of photos of the rigging once up! It will help!
