Buccaneer missing paart

Post by Watervillain »

Hello, I recently picked up a Chrysler Buccaneer probably built late 70's to early 80's. There is a part missing on the bow that I would like to identify. Right now I don't know what it is called or what it looks like. I may be able to manufacture a part if I can't purchase it.

If you can identify the part I would really appreciate it.

Thanks

Hi Watervillian,
Have you checked our documents page?
We have original manual for the Buccaneer there. It has blown up drawings of the boat with parts identified.

Click the documents link in my signature, you will be whisked away to our document host page, select documents in the bar and scroll down to the Buccaneer. Open the PDF and have fun!

Well.....I found an old buccaneer and saw what the part is for and made it myself. Not being familiar with this boat, it is step by step. My next task is to see what I need to raise the mast. The collar for the mast is missing and once again it will be research and then !ost likely back to manufacturing the part.
