Just Purchased Chrysler 13 ft. need info, have ID Numbers

I just purchased a 13 ft. Chrysler sail with the following ID numbers on the transom plate.
Top Set: 373HA53084
Bottom Set: CBC53084M78E
This boat is also missing a boom.
Any information would be very helpful. I live in the Wilmington, NC area.
