Hi folks. How do you inspect the swing keel pin on a C-26? Is the keel brackets just "puttied" in to make it aerodynamic? How do you get to the fastening bolts or the pin itself for removal/ replacement? MY boat had sat on the swing keel for years by the previous owner, and I'm not really confident of its condition. I know I need to replace the cable. (kinked and rusty).
