Missing rudder???

A friend of mine is looking at a C-22 on EBAY that may not have a rudder. First, are rudder/tiller parts for this boat findable??? Second, if not, could a transome rudder like one from a J-24 be added and the motor mount moved to either port or starboard???

Not sure about finding rudder parts. Mine's been converted to a stern mount rudder, I'm very happy with it. Mind you, I'd be happier if it were a kick up rudder. A Catalina 22 rudder would be ideal

Yeah, no rudder in the pics anyway...not even the rudder assembly......
the blade can be found at idasailor.com for $429 - don't know about the other parts
