Is a Automatic Inflatable PFD an appropriate xmas gift for the first mate?

I would say that ( Ty ) has the tip of the day for you. Any thing you buy to use on the boat would be a gift for you. only if the boat belongs to here would a gift for the boat go to hear.

My 110 Jib has a tendancy to rub on the safty rope fairly hard. If I let it up a little it doesn't rub.
