Fair Winds, Following Seas

Post by N41EF »

Well, last Saturday I delivered my '79 C22 to a new owner. Today I spent three hours with him going over the rebuilding and repairs I've done, and showed him my method of raising the mast and setting up the rigging.

I know he's already visited this board, not sure if he's a member yet.

I'd like to thank all of you in the brain trust who've helped me along. Sadly I just don't have time to sail right now, and it'll be another 4 years of the boat sitting before I do. I think it's best if someone will use it.

You never know when I'll be back, I still see C22's pop up on eBay from time to time. A once and a lifetime bargain comes along every 6 months.

I wish all of you fair winds and rolling seas. And, I hope to see you around in a few years.
