I have a 22. Trying to remove its race stripe and the state stickers. What do you all use to remove the residue besides a heat gun?

If you go to an auto parts store that caters to body shops they have a drill attachment that will take it off without chemicals. Or use acetone, aliphatic naptha, methyl ethyl ketone, toluene, isopropyl alcohol and other solvents.

Try Wd 40 it removes most adhesives. Good luck.
