Mast Rigging

Post by Alfonso »

I am a new member and recently acquired a 1968 16 foot Lone Star. I am unsure of how the rigging is set up. It would really help me if anyone could send a picture of the mast and its rigging so I have something to guide me. Thank you for any help.

The site listed is inactive and out of date, however, there is a ton of information available on Lone Stars and Chryslers. You can go and print PDFs of the LS 16 rigging, specifications, and a schematic of all parts. All of the documents are identical to the original copies that I received with my 1960 LS 16.

I would be interested to know the condition of your boat. I had to do a replacement of the rotted flooring and fabricate new bilge board gaskets and seals. It was fun but quite a challenge.

Send me a PM and I will share some photos!

Hope to hear from you.
