I have (3) Chrysler outboards that I am going to convert into two runners. One is the original long shaft 9.9 with a siezed motor, a 280 with drop damage and low hours and a 12.9 short shaft with a wobbly tiller. The siezed up 9.9 is going to get the 12.9 power head. The 12.9 will be the donor for the broken castings. I think I will have an extra set of clamp screws if you need them. It will be after Christmas before I get to it however. Since you are in Hudson, I think you may be snowed in already!
