Now I have 2 small kids so I won't be able to use this much. It needs electrical work, has 3 sails (one has a rip, this is not the main sail), life jackets, 2 anchors, several bumper/buoys, and lots of rope. I used it last summer.

Does NOT have the pop up entry way.
Does NOT have the stow away galley.

Is the boat still for sale?

Dude, I think you are missing the point.

What you have are two small opportunities to share some WONDERFUL times. If this thing is paid off, and you don't NEED the money, take the kids sailing. String up some net-type life lines, slap some little pfd's on them, and let them get their sea-legs. They'll build memories that will last their entire lifetimes. Start small, maybe just sleeping on the boat overnight. Then add a few short day sails and build up to an overnight on the water.

But that's just my opinion. I'll never forget the times my father took me to the target range or when he taught me to ride a motorcycle. And now that he's gone those memories are even more precious to me.

BTW: I love that blue!

Yeah that sounds like fun, Last summer The wife, first kid, and I spent a couple weekends on it, but with another child it is just too small so I need something a little bigger.
