I looked at this boat about 5 years ago in Michigan City Indiana. The owner at the time had a Honda outboard on it. The teak on the deck had me concerned because it felt soft in spots and you couldn't see the fiberglass deck under it. It had a main and jib that were in decent shape at the time. I might have considered it but the price was too high and he was firm on it.

Looks like someone started removing the teak deck which was glued down and then had screws thru the teak and fiberglass with lock nuts inside the cabin.
