C-22 For Sale in Central Arkansas

I have a 1977 C-22 for sale. It's in good shape (rigging may need to be replaced in the next few years) and comes with main sail and jib, 9.9 outboard, and trailer. I will also include anchor and other accessories. I have about $3,000 in it and would like to get as much back as I can, but I am flexible on price (especially to members of this forum that have provided so much assistance to me).
