1977 C22 Fixed Keel For Sale

Comes with a new Honda 8hp 4 stroke with about 12hrs, just had it's 10-20hr service done.
The boat has been rigged for single handing and racins with 2 sets of T tracks for the jib.
This boat is NICE! I say that comparing it to my other C22. The non skid is original, unpainted and in excellent condition. Just take a look at the pictures in the website I created:

I will transport the boat in the Puget Sound area, or you can keep the slip at the Port of Brownsville.
Four boats is just too many (especially in addition to 3 cars, a motorcycle, 2 dogs and a cat!)
