Considering Offers/Trades for our C26

Post by babsjohnson »

Well, it is offical- we have another baby on the way  and this boat has to go... it is at a slip on Lake Greenwood, SC (paid through April). This has been a great boat for us, but unfortunatly we just don't have the time we need/want to spend on it. It is in sailable condition- it mainly needs an exterior paint job. We do not have a trailer for this boat and you would need to move or continue to pay the slip fee (which are pretty reasonable as far as slip fees go). Please request pictures if you are interested.
We want our boat to go to a good home- so that someone can enjoy it!
We are willing to consider trading for a smaller boat (22?) that can be more easily trailered. Thanks for any help!

Way to go with the new one 8) ... boy or girl? Come to think about it whichever is great, wishing good hearth to all. I should have got your boat back in the day, but we all make our mistakes. I could not pass up the one I found not twenty miles from my house, not in as good a shape as yours, but like I said we all make mistakes. Don't get me wrong I love overhauling the old girl. Try not to part yours out if you can help it, I'm sure there are a number of c22 owners out there who would love to trade with you.

Thank you for all your congratulations- we really appreciate your support.
We have had many interested people and I have sent pics to you all. However, I have not heard back from many of you. We do now have offers on the table... we need to get this boat gone soon. So if you have any interest or are one of the people who requested pics and need more time/details please let me know. Otherwise we will have to work with what we have...

Thanks again for all of your help in this process- you all are great!
