Even with all the problems it still was a very enjoyable cruise, could have done with out the gale storm thou, so its actually more then half the fun getting there.
Its also very nice to meet and talk to all the great people here at the marina, they have been very welcoming and and helpful, the best part is setting and talking. Even if your not keeping your boat at a marina I recommend find one to visit and talk to fellow sailers. We have learned that everyone has gone thru alot of what we have along thier cruising, and that it is to be expected to have
fun as you go.One of the perks is the marina has a web cam and it happens to be pointed right at our slip so I will get to see Shaken Knot Stir'd at any time , even if its a low quality picture its still nice to be able to keep an eye on it. We are in a very protected area so now that hurrican season is about to start we can feel at ease.
