My C22 has the track for the movable galley, but no galley. Does anyone have some good pictures so I can build one? Thanks.

I am going to pull my galley would you like to buy it( cheap) ? In the location where I keep the boat I want to put a grill on the rail and found that I did not use the sink. I am thinking of replacing it with a cooler that slides on the rails. You could then have access to the cooler from the cockpit. Let me know I am in Southern Ohio so the shipping charges to TN would not be that bad.

I'll try to get out and take some photos tomorrow. The storage place is about 30 minutes from my house and I wanted to check on it anyway. How about 25 bucks? I will take the pictures and then you decide. That would work out great as it would get me moving on one of my items that I had on my winter project list.

Post the pictures on here if you would, I have been trying to decide which way to go on this particular problem for some time and some pictures of the original setup would be helpful. My 22 didn't come from the factory with the galley best as I can tell, no through hull or any sign there ever was, or rails either.

I was not sure how to post the pictures here but I did post them in my smugmug gallery, The url is www.trinityroadimaging.com. They are in a folder called Esprit Bleu/Sail La Vie.

Never throw anything out, folks on this forum are always looking for origional parts.John K wrote:I wish I would have known that there would be so much interest in these galleys. I tossed mine out, it was heavy and I needed the space! I would have given it away. Oh well.
FYI a used working burner on a Kenyon stove is worth $75

Thanks very much for posting the pictures. I plan on building a new galley for my C22 as the PO threw the original galley away. I may use an HDPE top with a large stainless mixing bowl as the sink, and a small propane stove.
Can anyone enlighten me as to the nature of the connection from the galley to the track? Also, does the galley have wheels on the bottom, or some kind of slider pad?

You can check out your local RV dealer (or the Web) for the sink and facuet. This arrangement is much like one would find in a small pop up camper.
