C22 Parts

Post by Moonshine Jim »

I'm in the process of breaking down my C22. Please contact me if you're looking for something and I'll see if it the one on my C22 is viable. Then just make a fair offer plus the cost of shipping.

Greetings! I'm in the process of making a rudder but would be very interested in getting one instead. Also looking for the bracket that attaches the tiller to the rudder head.

For everyone waiting for me to get back to them with photos of the items they have requested I had hoped to get to the boat today but we've had a few thunderstorms here in Jersey and I'm about 30 minutes from the boatyard. So it probably won't happen until late next week when I have a chance again. This weekends out because my son is graduating from college! Sorry for the delay.

I had the pleasure of meeting Clair Hofmann today. I was able to help him out with his C26 by selling him some items from my C22 which is being scraped. Real nice guy that I hope to get a chance to meet again and sail with on the Outer Banks. He purchased my port toe rail, bow pulpit, traveler, and two wenches. Some may say I gave them away :) but I don't think so. I think he gave a very fair price and it feels good to help another sailor out.

I just got back to PA from NJ. As Jim posted I met him today to purchase some parts from his 22. Sad story about his boat but some times you just have to kniow when to fold them.

He still has alot of stuff left. Lifeline stansions and lifelines, portlight frames, motor mount, pushpit, rudder, furler and assorted blocks and hardware. He said he had calls on some of the parts but freight killed the deal. Summer's here. Some of you closer guys take a road trip, see the Jersey Shore and get a good deal on some sailing stuff.

Jim's a great guy and I hope to see him in Oriental sometime.

Hi alan,
Yes I still have the 3 teak main hatch boards. I'll be down at the boat either Friday or Saturday morning and will take photos for you or just make me a fair offer plus shipping and I'll retrieve them for you and ship them after the 4th of July.

Hi Mariner,
I have the cockpit locker hatches and the sliding hatch. I can send you photos on Friday or Saturday. I will tell you that shipping such large items will be costly. Will you be Jersey this summer?

Jim, this may seem like a dumb question, but do you know what is left.
I only need small things, unless you have a pull-out galley. That would be worth the drive to Jersey.

Was able to help out "SouthernStar" with a Mast Step and was also able to help out "BC" with a Forward Hatch. Still have a set of sails and a full set of cushions and a nice rudder. Plus lots of other things. Shipping can kill most deals so if you're going to be at the Jersey Shore let me know. I promise to get pictures out to everyone who requested them by the end of the holiday weekend. Enjoy your 4th of July everyone!

I have both a rudder blade as well as the complete rudder assembly minus the round metal ring for the rudder shaft.

I am interested in the Bimini poles, and Hatch

Post by Jaschaal »

I am interested in the Bimini or just the poles, and if your model is the one with the pop top, I'd be interested in that whole assembly as well. (573) 680-7589. Adam[/img]

I'm interested in sails, if you still have them. Or just a jib.
Thanks.
