I know my dog would be. Say, maybe the wife could put up with 1 1/4 sailboats at the house!

Yikes.

That is exactly one of the reasons I keep buying these Chrysler 22's! They are great boats that get neglected. So I buy them for a great price, clean them up, replace any missing parts, and repair what I can. Then sell them to a new excited sailor who will use them! I have actually spotted one of my boats for sail on CL again a year and a half after selling her. She still looked good! Glad to see she was care for!

I bring any more boats home and I'll need a "doghouse". And I don't have a dog either..
