trailer plans for C26

Post by Glenn S »

I have built a trailer as I am always working (Engineer in auto manufacturing) anyway The plans are on AutoCad 2000. We passed a few 18 wheelers @ above 70mph and it handles good. It has 13"from the ground to the base of the keel so you can just about put in anywhere you can float the boat. The plans are free I don't want any lawsuits just want to share the time it took to design. Donations for gas to the lakes accepted.

trailer setup

Post by clair hofmann »

I have a c26 down in North Carolina I have to get out of the water to claen and paint the bottom and inspect the keel pin assembly. I live in Pa.and recently bought a trailer that needs to be set up for the boat. Since the boat is in the water 500 miles away I am looking for some dimensions for keel trunk depth and distance between bunks as well as height above siderails of the trailer. I will make the bunks adjustable but I need a starting point. Since you designed and built your trailer can you help me?
Thanks
Clair
