need help on removing mast on chrysler 22
Hi dave brown here new owner of chrysler 22, also been a long time since I've been sailing. I need help on how to remove the mast on my new 22. the boat is currently in the water and came with no trailer. I have a 22 ft powerboat trailer that I,m going to use to take it home with so I don't have to pay the slip fee, besides I', in nc near the abermarle sound. The previous owner has no idea how to take it down, just that its trailerable. I have a parts list book and it looks like it has a foot on the mast that hooks into the deck? I believe I need to loosen the forward mast stays but really I'm not sure? The boat is in great shape and I got a great deal onit, So I'm looking for anyone that can tell me how to remove the mast or an owner's manual for this boat. I hope someone out there can help me as the slip is only paid till oct 31. Thank You. D. Brown
good buy
