Identify the Mystery Antenna Base

Copacetic has an antenna mounted on the stern rail, but also had one at the mast head at one time. All the wiring is there and the antenna base is also, it just needs an antenna mast.

Does this base look familiar to anyone? I couldn't find any name or other markings on it.

Was a VHF antenna, exactly what brand there is probably no way to tell and a new antenna would probably come with a base but you might be able to find just the antenna somewhere and they should be generic as far as the threads go.

I found a Shakespeare 5215 for $30 so I'll just go that route.
