rudder through hull assembly

Alright gang, one more rudder restoration question and I swear I'll leave you all alone for a couple weeks. Hangin' out with Mario G. today at the lake.
Working on my rudder when upon comparison I notice he has a really tight, flush through hull assembly for his rudder post. Mine on the other hand sits in this inverted bowl shaped area. For two years my rudder has had alot of play and ,well a bit sloppy. Am I simply missing the pieces that snug and secure this whole assembly down ? The whole post wobbles about and travels up and down through the hull. Can I still buy replacement flanges for this thing ???
Can anyone steer me in the right direction ??? That was a loose rudder pun by the way. AAAArrrgghhhh !

Hey thanks Mario. Looks like my main issue will still be the thru hull fitting and i gotta tell you, since the best sailing is upon us and it's not leaking, just loose, I'm gonna make use of the wind and tackle the big picture later. Glass is curing. I'll wet sand it out tomorrow. Paint arrives via UPS tomorrow too. I'll paint Tuesday and get her reassembled and ready to relaunch for the weekend.
We'll have a little regatta action and gets some shots of each under full sail.

Hope the overnight was great. What a beautiful dramatic night out there, huh ?
Much work to do today so I missed coming out.

It was a great overnight sail. I was able to sail at an average of 3 knots of more both days. And the sailboats out numbered the powerboats.
