The picture needs to be under 101k and try and keep it under 200x200 pixles in size. To do this simply go to your personal profile and go down to the avatar section, browse through your drive for the picture you want to upload and upload it. Simple.
Also, we have the ability to do private messages as well for one on one chat.

| As easy as it sounds I haven't been able to upload a picture. I must be doing something wrong. Is there a specific format for the pictures that must be used? I checked the picture info and it's small enough and below the maximum size/space, I don't know? |

Also as a side note - if you need to shrink a pic to the proper size - usually (if you have Office in Windows) if you simply double click the file, it will open in the Picture Viewer and you can resize it there.
