Chrysler Sailors Forum

Does anyone else here have trouble finding and following conversations on that forum? Maybe it's just me, but I wish they would upgrade to modern software like almost every other forum on the internet (including this one).

Please, if I'm missing some trick or something let me know.

I came across trailer sailor when I first started looking for a sailboat. My first thought was "what a mess" so I didn't hang around there.

I host a few sites at home with forums and that is some very poor forum software their using when there is several free programs to use that work great.

I tend to agree. I visited trailor sailor a few times but it was basically a pain. So . . . . Off I go to another site!


A few of my pet peeves:
Hard site to follow? no thanks.
Huge forums usually suck too because they are full of people that jump down your throat if you are a newbie and ask a basic question!

If you just join a forum and ask a question that was asked already, the actually get angry instead of simply not replying. NO THANKS!

These are a few of the reasons I hang out here a lot.
Nice folks, none of the ANGRY folks seem to hang out here, and everyone seems to genuinely want to help each other regardless of experience or knowledge levels. Plus the fact there is some traffic here on a regular basis. Usually there is always something new to read!!

I frequent the Trailer Sailors Board often. It takes a while to get used to it, but there's a ton of information and people that knows A LOT about sailing and sailboats. I think the software its been like that since the early days of the internet.
