Ahh yes! Mine was a Flexible Flyer (sled to you warmer lat friends), two hockey sticks and a bed sheet lashed between them.
Waited til the slush covered streets froze up after the sun went down then caught the strong westerly winds blowing straight down our street.
Bone jarring to say the least. Great potential for a Darwin award, as well! Hoofing it back against the wind made the ride all the better. See Kids? THAT'S what we did before we had more than 3 channels on TV and computers!
