Thanks, some interesting reading.
Now that the boat is packed up for the winter I need stiff like this to treat my sailing withdrawls.
Last year we had the vendee globe race to follow everyday.
...sure can't see my daugher doing that...

This has been some good reading, and a fine young woman with knowledge beyond her years.
The ironic part is that she departed for around the world about the time I was puting my boat away for the winter, and now I'm about to launch for the spring...I missed a lot of sailing :cry:

I found some humor in the fact that one of her goals after her solo round the globe landfall is to get her driver's license !
