Meet Holiday and his C-26 project

I don't know what I was more excited about the 2 Chrysler outboard we were going to get or my first look at a C-26 when the wife and I went west to meet Holiday and his wife.

What great people I can't wait to see them again, there where plans of sailing at the coast when their(Her) C-26 project is completed. All I can say is WOW the differance in size to my C-22 just had me awed. I really liked the interior space and the standing room I could see living aboard a C-26. Looking over the deck I wasn't sure about how I would handle what looked just like my deck magnified alittle. I do know for sure my sites are set on one.

Oh yea I got a complete parts motor with control cables for my Chrysler 10hp and I might have enough left over parts to get the Chrysler 6hp running. Oh and the Chrysler out board repair manuals. along with a Chrysler shipping shipping order and a hand written letter from a Larry Roberts L.T. supervisor Chrysler outboard corp. Hartford Wis.

LOL Sunday was the first time out with no wind while all the other sailboats just motored around we paddle sailed ...really got my exersice that day.

Hey, Alan, check the "For Sale" section out - there's one there now that's about as far south and east as you can get !!!

Yea, I saw it and I would like it but I'm still job hunting so no new toys for me for a while.

Though it could be fun trailering back home, stopping along the way to sail in this lake and that on the way home.

It would be a real nice trip indeed.

Yeah, I thought, boy it would be nice to keep EE up here, and have a boat for the Gulf Coast, but I'm banned from toy buying myself...and I'm lucky enough to be working
