Wanted Mast Step Finger

A frend of mine brok his mast step finger, while lowering his mast, on a 1978 C-26. I can weld it, but woud rather replace it.

Do you know if that is the same mast step finger on a 22'er?
If so and this guy does not want a hinge, maybe you can make a deal with AlanHod. He has a mast step he was going to put on Honu but I think he'd prefer a hinge.
I'm not speaking for him, just my own speculation . . . . .

Did I say that Phil might have the mast hook. Whats cool is his is the 5th boat that got parts from my parts boat. The mast he got came with a hinge step, why I think he might have one he might not need.
