Overhaul... more bits and pieces

Main and locker hatch moved into shop for off boat work.
At first I was concerned that the tiller base at the top of the rudder shaft was frozen on for good, having not been removed for years. This was one part I definitely did not want to break. Soaking it down with Blaster break free, with luck I was able to move it a few centimeters at a time. It's coming to a point I'll need to purchase a tarp large enough to cover the whole sailboat
