i bought a fiddle block with becket and cam at a garage sale made by newmar england .......what is it thanks

It would be used as one of the blocks for either the mainsheet or boomvang to make a 4 to 1 purchase. You need another one sized like it without the becket and camcleat to make the whole thing.
