Chrysler Pirateer 13' Wanted-Rudder handle pivot point

I am in need of the pivot elbow bolt or entire handle with this pivot elbow that allows you to extend the rudder on my 13' Chrysler Pirateer. Am located in West Michigan. Please let me know the cost for the part and shipping. I use Pay Pal. Thank you!
